Berkeley Lab In the News, Week of August 31, 2014

Berkeley Lab “In the News” is our weekly review of Lab researchers, staff, and students who have appeared in the news media this past week. This is but a sampling of our coverage. Please note that some links may expire after time.

On Sept. 5, R& featured work on a new alloy co-discovered by the Lab’s Rob Ritchie.

A Sept. 4 Daily Cal story featured research on the benefits of using cool roofs in China, work led by the Lab’s Ronnen Levinson.

A Sept. 3 Daily Cal obituary noted the passing of former Lab chemist Robert Connick.

A Sept. 3 Live Science story looked at the inner workings of microtubules, research led by the Lab’s Eva Nogales.
