An August 30 ANI News story featured fuel from sunlight research from the Lab’s Joint Center for Artificial Photosynthesis-North and quoted Gary Moore. Science2.0 and others also covered the research.

An August 28 Investor’s Business Daily story noted a joint project between the Lab and GE to create a flow battery. Adam Weber leads the work at the Lab. CleanTechnica was among other outlets covering the project.

An August 27 Los Angeles Times story highlighted a recent report led by the Lab’s Ben Hoen showing how wind turbines do not affect home values. The Denver Post, Salon, UPI, CleanTechnica, KCET.org and many other outlets also covered the report.

An August 27 New Scientist story on the Rim Fire near Yosemite quoted the Lab’s Michael Wehner. And an August 26 Christian Science Monitor story on the same fire quoted the Lab’s Larry Dale.

The August 23 edition of NPR’s Marketplace included a story on the energy usage of cellphones and quoted the Lab’s Bruce Nordman.

An August 23 Chicago Tribune story on third-hand smoke quoted the Lab’s Lara Gundel.

An August 22 Symmetry magazine story highlighted recent results from the Daya Bay neutrino project and quoted the Lab’s Kam-Biu Luk. R&D and other outlets also covered the results.

An August 22 Health.com and Fox News story on the benefits of running cited work by the Lab’s Paul Williams.

An August 22 Whole Foods Magazine story highlighted work led by the Lab’s Rob Ritchie showing how a lack of vitamin D can lead to brittle bones.

An August 22 East Bay Express story featured indoor air quality work led by the Labs’ Brett Singer, Jennifer Logue and Melissa Lunden.

An August 22 Contra Costa Times column opined on the columnist’s recent visit to the Advanced Light Source, guided by the Lab’s Wayne Stolte.

An Aug. 9 IEEE Spectrum story highlighted a report led by the Lab’s Ryan Wiser showing growth in the wind industry. KCET/Los Angeles and others also covered the report’s findings.

An Aug. 7 EarthSky.org story looked at work led by the Lab’s Eric Linder using the cosmic microwave background to observe what happened after the Big Bang. RedOrbit.com, R&D and ANI News were some of the other news outlets covering the research.

A July 23 New York Times story highlighted indoor air quality work led by the Lab’s Melissa Lunden, Woody Delp, Jennifer Logue and Brett Singer.
