An August 17 Los Angeles Times story on high-speed financial trading issues quoted the Lab’s David Leinweber. The Chicago Tribune also ran the story.

An August 14 NPR On Point story looked at mega droughts and included an interview with the Lab’s Michael Wehner. Wehner was also quoted in a LiveScience story on climate change.

A recent Big Picture Science segment on Radio Seti included an interview with the Lab’s Felisa Wolfe-Simon in a discussion about possible life on Mars.

An August 14 UPI wire story covered the release of a Lab report on wind power. The Oregonian, Houston Chronicle, TG Daily, Hispanic Business, Business Insider, Ecoseed and many other outlets also covered the report. Several stories quoted the report’s coauthors, Ryan Wiser and Mark Bolinger.
